Worrythoughts clog up your brainmelon, guys! Like goopy crud that is all gross and stuff!! Worst part is that worrythoughts will leak out, plus get allover everywheres!! Yup!! They will leak out your brainmelon, wiggle down your middleparts where a HappyHeart is s'pposed to be, then squish alla the Happy out!! Basically it is the worstest!!
What I am saying is if you are having worrythoughts in your brainmelon, prolly you are trying to do your tomorrowtimes in the nowabouts!! Butt that is unpossible, guys!! It is science!! Nobuddy is faster than the nowabouts!! Not even me with my Pirate Red collar on!! Tomorrowtimes will only come after this daytimes, so basically, when it is THIS daytimes, only DO THIS DAYTIMES STUFF, K? K!!
Seems sooper'simple, butt if you have lots'nlots of worrythoughts, prolly not so much!! Some peoples say worrythoughts makes them feel safe or somethings. 'Cuz they are trying to take alla the 'fraidyness out of the tomorrowtimes, butt know what?? Worrythoughts neverever make it to tomorrowtimes!! Nope!! They just take alla the HappyLovings out of the nowabouts!!

Yes. Sounds crazybananas, amirite!!?? Butt not even!! It is sooper'portant not to wrassle with your worrythoughts, guys!! For reals!! If you are having worrythoughts 'bout having worrythoughts, you are gonna feel sickybicky real quick!! So... while you are doing practicetimes with alla the other tricks I put under this one, just start with being nice to your selfs by being AOK with having worrythoughts. Then use what is called TIMEBLOCKING to make sure they do not take over your whole entire daytimes!! Yup!! Let them our for just littlewhiles, butt only when YOU SAY!! Like half of one hourtimes or so!! Pretenderate they are like puppies you have to exercise every daytimes!! If you get them all tuckered out, prolly they will sleep for the rest of the daytimes!!
- PICK A TIMES PLUS A PLACE FOR LETTING YOUR WORRYTHOUGHTS OUT (30 Min.)
- WRITE DOWN WORRYTHOUGHTS FOR HALF THE TIMES (5-15 Min.)
- WRITE DOWN SOLUTIONS AND STUFF FOR FIXING THOSE WORRYTHOUGHTS.
- HAVE HAPPY FUN TIMES WITH THE REST OF YOUR DAYTIMES!! 😄 💜
GET OFF THE 'PUTERBOX
Seriousface, guys. Everybuddy knows that spending too much times on the 'puterbox, 'specially on places like FayBo makes for lotsa worrythoughts 'cuz so much of the newsybits are 'fraidy, or gross or just plain bad and stuff!! It is sooperyucky for the brainmelon!!
So many peoples have been spending so much times on the interwebsnet that peoples are getting addicted to it!! I am not even joshing!! Science says even peoples who do not think they are addicted get weirded out if they don't have their sillyphone, or can't get to a 'puterbox!! I KNOW!!
So... here s a whole 'nother kind of TIMEBLOCKING that can help. Pick some times for when you will be on the 'puterbox, plus don't go over. No more than 'couple hourtimes at once, no more than fore (4) hourtimes per daytimes!! It will take getting used to, so don't get all frustrational or anythings, plus to help, make sure you have healthy stuffs to do!! Like go to the outsideplace for walkingtimes!! Hang out with the Naturemama or read a wordybook, or something that does not need to be plugged in or take batteries, guys!! 'Ventually you will luvluvlove it!! 😄 💜
WAVE BYE-BYE TO WORRYTHOUGHTS
This trick is sooperneato!! Sounds sorta crazybananas too, butt bleeve you me, it is sciencefacts that if you keep your paws (hands) busy, plus your brainmelon distracted, it will keep you from having worrythoughts, or even from having real bad thinkingthoughts like flashbacks from real traumatic ouchies and stuff!! It is like taking pharmasillystuffs, butt it is all natural, plus the factory to make it is INSIDE YOU!! I am not even joshing, you can make stuff that will for reals make you feel waymorehappier, plus all you gotta do is... ZOOMERS!!
So don't try to do too much all at onetimes or anythings 'cuz that will hurt like crazybananas, butt maybe start with walkings or YOGA, then do hikings, plus then maybe runnings plus ADVANCED YOGA stuffs, whatever is sooperfun for you. The whole idea is that you need to sweat, so whatever you do, try to keep goings for 'least half of one hourtimes, K? K!!
