Me plus Mirabelle are visiting our shinynew 'partmenthouse to see how Mum is doing and stuff!! Pop is in the Dreamingplace, so nowabouts is perfectal for having a looksee!!
Our friendlyfriend MisterSergio is here fixerating the raincloset, plus the food room too, so we can't show you those parts just yet, butt let's have a real good looksee at some other parts, K? K!! ..............
Here is the way in at the frontparts, guys!! Do you 'member!!?? They just finished builderating a whole shinynew crooked hill, plus everythings!! Now it is sooperpretty, plus real nice and everythings!! ..................
Plus for the Holidaytimes they have a buncha decorational ornabits allover the frontparts too!! Yup!! At the nightynightimes they do lotsa sparklings!!
Plus prolly you can see alla the shrubbadubs are gone 'cuz did you know!!?? Buildermans were here for lotsa daytimes making sure no wet, wateryparts can get inside our shinynew 'partmenthouse, guys!! Yup!! They went allaways 'round the bottomparts!! So when the bouncy springtimes come back, then we are gonna get all shinynew shrubbadubs too!! .......................................
It is soopernice 'cuz the ladies who live here alreadytimes like to put up pretty decorational ornabits, guys!! Yes!! PLus they are 'MAZING at it!!
Like the greenery, plus the decorational circle-thing with a big bow onnit!! Soopercool!! ............

See over the left-paw side the hoopty-chain hanging from the roof overtop of the way in!!?? Isn't that soopercool!!?? That is how wet, waterystuff gets to the grassycarpet!! Yup!! No DOWNSPOUT, guys!! Nope!! Plus this way is waymorebetter!!

One thing this place has is LOTS'NLOTS of sunsmiles, guys!! Yes!! There are windowholes allover everywheres!! Check it out!! ...................
There is even these gigantical swingingdoors that will opeup allaways when it is cozywarm a 'gain!! Neato, amirite!!??
Me plus Mirabelle will be able to see out for the firstest times, 'cuz truestory for reals alla the windowholes in our 'partmenthouse we are in now are wayfarup so we can't get close!!.........
Plus this room has a heaterfence with a place for toasting our buttparts on!! Ha ha!! ...............
Mum says she is gonna put a comfycozy cushion right here, so it will be perfectal for me plus Mirabelle to hang out on!! Yup!! I am thinkingthoughts prolly there will be lots'nlots of nappingtimes plus even DANGLENAPPING here, guys!! Prolly!! ....................
Best part is there is a learningschool just outside our windowholes, so from up here we can watch the juniorpeoples do weird stuff, plus warm up our undercarriage AT THE SAME TIMES!! Ha ha!!.....
