This park is not so fars a ‘way, everybuddy!! Only ‘bout halfa hourtimes or so, plus it is inna teensytown called CENTREVILLE just outside a ‘nother, not so teensytown called INGERSOLL!! Truestory!!
It is a real greeeeeeeenygreen chunk of place with its very own puddlepond and EVERYTHING!!
Here is what you see from bothways if you are still in your rollycar, guys!! It is easy to miss if you do not even know ‘bout this park, so keep your lookingmarbles wide open and stuff, K? K!!

Mirabelly came too, guys!! She has not gone with me for a WHILES since she ‘cided ROCKY, our rollycar was a goober and she would not get into him!! BUTT … they have been working it out for a bunchatimes, plus she has ‘cided to give him a whole ‘nother chance and stuff!! You will see!!
Anyhoozle … we are gonna take you to a teensytown I did not even know ‘bout, just outside the INGERSOLLplace I go-go-go to lots’nlots!! Yup!! A chunk of place called CENTREVILLE, plus this park is called CENTREVILLE CONSERVATION AREA or someofthetimes CENTREVILLE POND AND CONSERVATION AREA!! Guys!! That means we are gonna get to see a shinynew PUDDLEPOND too!! IKNOW!!

‘Course, that is ROKY, our rollycar waiting there for us!! There is no for reals parking rodeo, guys!! BUTT …there is a teensy chunk of place next to the rollycar road that your rollycars can line up in a row at, just like Rocky did!! He is pretty smart like that!! YES!!
First things our lookingmarbles sawed was how greenygreen it is allover, guys!! Plus ‘cuz it is the FALLingdowntimes, there are ‘MAZING rainbowparts (colours) EVERYWHERES!! Just lookit!! …………..
Pretty nice, amirite!!?? I mean this park has no fencings, plus isd real close to a rollycar road, BUTT … it is NOT even a sooperbusy rolltcra road, guys!! Truestory we only sawed a couple rollycars go-go-go by, plus there is lotsa shadybits, plus I can see a for reals wordysign, plus benches for buttparts, plus …. A PUDDLEPOND just over thattaways too!!

Only problem is, when I tried to make a picturestory, it is so soopershiny, you can’t even hardly read what it says!! Seriousface!! CENTREVILLE POND AND CONSERVATION AREA
People have come here for centuries.
Indigenous peoples long traversed the Detroit path (Karn Road) and Thames River before settlers began arriving in the 1700s and called this place Oxford-on-the-Thames.
Nearby, James Burdick built the area’s first grist mill around 1805.
During the war of 1812-14, the mill, church and farms were raided and burned by American forces during three separate invasions in 1814.
The community rebounded with the construction of new tanneries, farms, homes and mills, including one on the pond here. Industrious by name and forecasting greatness, the people named their bustling hamlet Centreville, the centre of it all.
In 1950, this 10-acre park became a conservation area. It is a protected habitat for snapping turtles, woodland voles and other at-risk species.
