Parkmaster General, Archie Brindleton here!! Truestory I have a shinynew Park Review just for you, PLUS …. this park is named after a sooperhero puppy who did lots’nlots of workerman work for the POLICE DEPARTMENT right here in my Forest City!! YUP!!
Now … I am not sayings, I LIKE this puppypark, ‘cuz no fibbing - not so much -, butt … it is good that it is there, plus I like the storytimes ‘bout where its name came from and alla that stuff!! Sooper’portant!! You will see!!
Just so’s you know, alla these picturestories look littlebits differenter ‘cuz for THIS Park review we tooked Mum’s fancy camerabox, plus we did not know how to use it so good. Just sayin.

OH!! Prolly I should say there is a good parking rodeo for lotsa rollycars to wait and stuff, plus it is ‘portant to know there is NO POOP CLOSETS too!! Yes!!
Anyhoozle, when me plus Mirabelly firstest went to here, it was sooperdooper shinynew, guys!! You can see in my picturestories how shinynew everythings was and everything!! Pretty cool!!
Plus won of the bits I like a whole bunch is the WORDYSIGN. Guys … it is a peevey pet of mine when parks do not have good wordysigns - ‘SPECIALLY if there is ‘portant storytimes ‘bout the park or how it got its name and stuff!! That is like a burr on my yttparts for crying out Pete!! Butt that is no problemo for THIS park!! Nope!! Not even!! ……………….
It is not a HappyFunTimes storytimes, butt … it is sooper’portant, plus puts Happy in my Heart that puppypals like Ceasar get ‘membered too, guys. Yes. Plus here is what the backparts of that gigantical wordysign says:

Background:
On February 14th, 1974, Constable Robert Merrimen and his Police Service Dog “Ceasar”, a black Labrador, responded to a violent domestic dispute ata hotel on Wellington Road South. PSD Ceasar was tragically shot and killed in the line of duty while attempting to aprehend the armed and dangerous suspect and protecting his handler and fellow officers.

Anyhoozle … our Forest City needed a ‘nother puppypark, so they tooked a big chunk of grassycarpet and stuff, put a whole buncha fencings ‘round it ‘till it lookerated like THIS …..………
Pretty good, butt …. alsotimes pretty snoring. There is only littlebits of leafytrees, plus no wet, waterystuffs, plus there is a whole differenter chunk of place for teensy puppies, butt it is even MORE snoring with NO LEAFYTREES!! ……….
Mostly alla this park looks like THIS, guys!! With lotsa chippybits allover everywheres!! ………..
It is good that there is lotsa roominess, plus if you bring a buncha puppypals you like to do goofballery with it could maybe be HappyFunTimes, butt … not so much for me. Nope …….
Oh!! Plus this park has some of these thing-ys for putting garbagestuffs in!! They are called MOLOKS, guys!! Dunno how come, butt alla the shinynew parks in my Forest City are getting these ‘cuz they are ‘mazing for COMPOSTING and stuff!! Yup!! PLus The Naturemama luvluvLOVES that, guys!! Plus if The NatureMama luvluvloves it, so does ME!!

Check it out, everybuddy!! Ceasar’s park is getting waymore greener and stuff, plus they are putting in more leafytrees and everythinsg to make it waymore better!! Still pretty snoring for me, butt truestory for reals lots’nlots of peoples come to here with their puppypals, so that is awesometimes!! ……..
Plus here is the chunk just for teensy puppies or oldentimer puppies or puppies who are ‘fraidy and stuff!! It is real ‘portant, butt great googilymoogily is this park SNORING!! Even teensy puppies shuld get somethings waymorebetter than a chunk like THIS!! YES!!
